Refund Policy

1. Overview

Vendub offers a free tier that allows you to evaluate the Service with real data and full feature access (within plan limits) before committing to a paid subscription. No credit card is required to use the free tier. Because you have the opportunity to thoroughly evaluate the Service before purchasing, all paid subscription fees are non-refundable.

All paid subscriptions are processed through Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.

2. No Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Monthly or annual subscription charges
  • Automatic renewal charges for subsequent billing periods
  • Fees for the unused portion of a billing period after a downgrade or cancellation
  • Charges resulting from plan upgrades

We may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances such as accidental duplicate charges or technical errors that prevented access to the Service. We are not obligated to grant any refund.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the application settings. When you cancel:

  • You retain access to your paid plan features until the end of the current billing period
  • Your organization reverts to the Free tier at the end of the billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • No refund is issued for the remaining time in the current billing period

We recommend canceling before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for an additional billing period.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

In the event that a refund is granted at our discretion, all refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to your original payment method. Refund processing times depend on your payment provider and financial institution, but typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Vendub does not have direct access to your payment details. All refund transactions are handled through Paddle's systems.

5. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, we encourage you to contact us at support@vendub.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. We are committed to resolving billing disputes quickly and fairly, and contacting us directly will typically result in a faster resolution.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice within the Service at least 30 days before taking effect. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
